The Lansinoh Cold & Warm Post-Birth Relief Pad is a reusable, drug-free solution designed to provide soothing relief and comfort after childbirth. It can be used cold for perineal, haemorrhoidal or C-section discomfort, or warm on the abdomen to help soothe postnatal uterine cramping.

Easy to Use

For cold relief, freeze the pad for at least 4 hours, place it inside a hygiene sleeve and apply for 20 minutes.

For warm relief, heat in the microwave according to the recommended wattage or warm in a water bath. Always test the temperature before use and place the pad inside a hygiene sleeve before application.

Reusable & Practical

After each use, clean the pad with mild soap and water and allow it to air dry completely. The disposable hygiene sleeves are intended for single use.
