How can I contact you? 

We can be contacted by email, on the Mum n Me Facebook page or by phone during normal shop hours.  Our Facebook page and phone are manned from 9am-1pm and 4pm-7pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.  

Where do I place my order?I
Your order can be placed on this website.

Can I place an order on your website and collect it from your shop? 
Yes, this is possible. Choose "Pickup from Store" at checkout.  We will contact you for prepayment.
 
Is there a minimum value to place an order?
No, There is no minimum order value.
 
Which payments methods do you accept?
You can settle your order through BOV Mobile Pay, by credit/debit card, by bank transfer or by cash on delivery.

Do you offer free deliveries?
Malta : A free delivery is applicable on orders over €60.  A delivery charge of €4 applies on all other orders.
Gozo: A free delivery is applicable on orders over €100.  A delivery charge of €8 applies on all other orders.

 
Which are the localities that you deliver to? 
We deliver by courier all around Malta and Gozo.
 

I have just placed an order through your website, when will it be delivered? 
Your order will be processed by us within 2 working days from being placed.  Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.  After it is processed, you will receive a payment request.  Once payment is confirmed as received, we will schedule delivery and inform you of the delivery day.  All correspondence relating to your order is done by email.

I placed an order on your website, can I add another item? 
Yes it is possible. Once we e-mail you after processing your order, please reply and let us know about any items that you wish to add.  Please keep in mind that additions can and will slow the payment and delivery process.
 
Can I redeem a Gift Voucher or Credit Voucher against an online order? 
Credit notes and gift vouchers issued from the shop can be redeemed in full, against online purchases.  When placing your order, during the checkout process, please insert a note informing us of the voucher number and its value.
