How can I contact you?
We can be contacted by email, on the Mum n Me Facebook page or by phone during shop hours. Our Facebook page and phone are manned from 9am-1pm and 4pm-7pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Where do I place my order?I
Your order can be placed on this website.
Yes, this is possible. Choose "Pay in advance and Collect from Shop" at checkout. We will contact you for prepayment.
No, There is no minimum order value.
You can settle your order through BOV Mobile Pay, by credit/debit card, by bank transfer or by cash on delivery.
Do you offer free deliveries? (rates updated 12/04/22 and until further notice)
in view of the Covid pandemic, we have reviewed down our delivery charges as follows:
Malta and Gozo : A free delivery is applicable on all orders over €50. A delivery fee of €5 applies when the order value is less.
At the moment we are not offering timed deliveries.
I have just placed an order through your website, when will it be delivered?
Your order will be processed by us within 2 working days from being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. After it is processed, you will receive a payment request. Once payment is confirmed as received, we will schedule delivery and inform you of the delivery day. All correspondence relating to your order is done by email.
